STRUDEL WITH BUCKWHEAT TUSCANY SAUSAGE, APPLE AND CACIOCAVALLO LUCANO ANNURCA. (Serves a portion strudel)
For the pastry
100 grams of pulp maltagliati Buckwheat
two tablespoons of olive oil

shallot half a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
a Tuscan sausage
annurche two apples (mine were small)
a dozen cubes of cheese

In the meantime, I put a brown in frying pan a tablespoon of oil and chopped shallots. I added the sausage. I have cooked for ten minutes over medium heat.

The strudel-bundle was ready to be closed and put in the oven. After fifteen minutes I'm sitting at the table with a good book and my strudel. The time to make two pictures and I ate with gusto.
